My husband and I cannot recommend Billy Wemlinger and the Parrett Group strongly enough. We had talked about selling our home of 17 years and upon the recommendation of a friend, we called and scheduled a meeting with Billy. From the outset, it was clear that Billy is straightforward, honest, and hard working. He clearly explained everything about the process so we were never met with any surprises. Billy is so good at his job,that we found our new dream home during the first evening we looked at houses! He then worked equally as hard and efficiently at selling our house so the entire process from pictures to contract was wrapped up in a week. The Parrett Group marketing strategy is by far, the best in the area. Billy definitely alleviated much of the stress that goes into buying and selling a home and we cannot thank him enough!

Megan Chambers is the best! My husband and I had a dream to build. We were basically open to any lot within a 30 mile radius of Columbus. We searched for over a year with Megan's help. She worked evenings and weekends and always emailed and texted back super quickly! She gathered details (utility info, deed restrictions, etc) on probably 20 lots for us and was a joy to work with! She genuinely cares and will go above and beyond to help anyone find real estate! I would recommend her to everyone!
