Kim Wemlinger, and The Parrett Group, were absolutely fantastic to work with. The selling process of our home was flawless. We had multiple offers the first weekend on the market, after 30+ showings, and sold our home well above list price. I attribute that to their top-notch marketing. They also went above and beyond helping us with the purchase of our new home. They truly care about the people they are working with, you are more than just a client.
