Billy Wemlinger listed and sold my house with multiple offers on the first weekend available and for over the asking price. His advise on getting the house ready to sell and his patience when it took me a while to do so we're fantastic. Nicest guy ever. Very professional and really knows what he is talking about. He came over and worked side by side with me to get it ready for photos, even pulled a few weeds! To top off my experience with him, he went out of his way to help me get in a condo with a less than cooperative seller. Billy and The Parrett Group are simply the best!

I can't say enough about Megan Chambers and The Parrett Group. Our plan to build privately fell thru and we were in a panic. We had no experience with real estate other than new builds. Tracy McDaniel's and the Parrett Group were outstanding to work with on both the buying and the selling end! This was the first time I have had to do both at the same time, having Tracy there to hold my hand and walk me through the process step by step made this entire process all the easier. Tracy always remained calm and persistent in seeing this through completion, even when we ran into a few small bumps along the way. More importantly, she was always available anytime I had a question, which speaks volumes about her passion for what she does.
