I can't say enough about Megan Chambers and The Parrett Group. Our plan to build privately fell thru and we were in a panic. We had no experience with real estate other than new builds. We had TONS of questions and needed expert information and analysis to help us make decisions. Megan was a blessing. She was accessible and responsive beyond our expectations. We appreciated her insight and guidance when evaluating homes as she pointed out things to consider, both positive and negative.
